Blackman's soccer team came into the match as the top seeded team in the tournament and got the Riverdale Warriors best shot as they escaped with a 3-2 win in a highly-competitive game on Tuesday evening.
Forward Kobe Srisorath kicked the Blaze into the championship final with the game-winner.
"We knew we needed to rebound in the second half and I just came and finished it off," Srisorath said.
The Warriors struck first as forward Christian Shafer scored with a kick that went over the goalkeepers out stretched arms to make it a 1-0 lead.
In the second half, the Blaze tied up the game with a goal by forward Matthew Jobe with 29 minutes left.
