Blackman freshman bowler Jacob Berry spends at least three days a week practicing.
That dedication and hard work more than paid off last Tuesday when he bowled his first-ever 300 game during a match against Warren County.
"It was my first one in a match and my first one ever," Berry said. "I didn't think I was going to get it. I was kind of scared."
As the strikes kept coming, Berry became more confident and knew the perfect game was a real possibility.
"I started think about it around the seventh frame. I thought it was possible," he said.
