MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee Men's Basketball has landed another talented transfer from the Power 5 ranks in the 2020 class, as former Northwestern Wildcat Jared Jones signed Friday to join Head Coach Nick McDevitt and the Blue Raiders.
The 6-foot-10, 240 pound forward hailing from Hiram, Ga., played in all 31 games for the Wildcats as a true freshman, earning more than 10 minutes per outing while averaging three points and two rebounds.
He hit his stride in Big Ten play, starting February off with a three-game stretch in which he averaged 10 points per game and logged a career-high 12 points against Michigan on Feb.
