MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — No. 28-ranked Middle Tennessee men's tennis defeated No. 30 VCU 6-1 on Sunday, April 2 at the Adams Tennis Complex.

"It was a good 6-1 win over VCU today. VCU is a very loud and feisty team. It showed up in the doubles. The doubles point was real solid. I was excited to see Marcel get back in the doubles and play like he did. It was a beautiful day out. We got a good crowd. Thanks to all the people who came out and supported.
