#21 Middle Tennessee men’s tennis falls in slugfest with Oklahoma State 4-3

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. —The Middle Tennessee men's tennis team got into yet another slugfest with a power five opponent in 6-2 Oklahoma State on Friday night at the Adams Tennis Complex. Unfortunately for the Blue Raiders, they were outlasted at the end of a third set on court two and fell 4-3 to the Cowboys.

Middle Tennessee took a dramatic doubles point thanks to the continued success of its' newest pairing. It took a tiebreak, but freshman Shu Matsuoka and Ondrej Horak gutted out a win on court three. After falling behind early in the tiebreak, Horak and Matsuoka took the final four games and clinch an important doubles point.
