MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – 12 members of the Middle Tennessee softball program were named as 2017-18 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-America Scholar-Athlete honors. MT was also recognized as an NFCA Academic Team.
Blue Raider alumnae , , , , , earned the honor while current players , , , , , were each honored by the NFCA for their work in the classroom during the 2017-18 academic year. The recognition is earned by holding a GPA of 3.5 or higher throughout the full school year.
"Academics are extremely important in our program," head coach said.
