Women's Basketball Places Five on CoSIDA Academic All-District Team

The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA)announced Thursday the 2017-18 Women's Basketball Academic All-District honorees. The Mid-American Conference placed four student-athletes on the first team and one on second team.

Ball State's Caemen Grande, Buffalo's Katherine Ups, Kent State's Jordan Korinek, and Toledo's Jay-Ann Bravo-Harriott were named to the first team, while NIU's Mikayla Voigt was selected to the second team.

CoSIDA recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. To be nominated, the student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.
