Senior swimmer Michael Wolfe competed against top-athletes from around the nation to post some of the best time for SIU this season. Wolfe, who was competing in his second meet for the year, missed the start of the season due to injury. Wolfe placed sixth in the 500 and 1,000-yard freestyles to post new best times for SIU this season. In the 500-yard freestyle, Wolfe swam the race in 4:35.81, the best time in the MAC so far this season. In the 1,000-yard freestyle, Wolfe posted a time of 9:31.
