Junior diver Sam Wiedemann swept the diving competition last week as Miami beat Cleveland State by a 162-136 margin. Wiedemann scored the highest Miami score of the season in both the 1-mtr dive and the 3-mtr dive, ranking second in the conference with those scores. Wiedemann dominated the 1-mtr dive (277.05), beating all other divers by nearly 32 points. Wiedemann won the 3-mtr dive (277.57) by 10 points.
