Western Michigan's McIntosh Named NCAA Men's Soccer Player of the Week

KALAMAZOO, Mich.- After assisting one game-winner and scoring another, Western Michigan senior forward Jay McIntosh has been named the #NCAASoccer Men's Player of the Week. It is the second national honor for McIntosh this week, as he was also named to the TopDrawerSoccer National Team of the Week for the second consecutive week.

Western Michigan (No. 1 in the Great Lakes Region) has jumped to No. 9 in the United Soccer Coaches poll this week after debuting at No. 24 on Sept. 12 and rising to No. 12 last week. The Broncos have posted two wins over top-25 ranked opponents and are undefeated through their first 10 games with a 9-0-1 record, for the best start in school history.
