Western Michigan Ranked No. 21 in College Football Playoff Rankings

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The College Football Playoff Selection Committee released its third rankings for the 2016 college football season and the Western Michigan Broncos are ranked No. 21.

The Western Michigan football team continues to be ranked in the national football polls with an 10-0 overall record, 6-0 in the MAC. The Broncos are also ranked No. 14 in the Associated Press Top 25 Poll and No. 21 in the Amway/USA Today Coaches Poll.

Western Michigan is off to the best start in program history. This start includes wins over Big Ten Conference teams Northwestern and Illinois, giving the Broncos two wins over Power 5 schools for the first time in team history.
