After a triple overtime game last week that exposed weaknesses all over the field, one of the biggest questions in the Mid-American Conference in Week 2 was what sort of performance the Central Michigan Chippewas would turn in. After a 45-27 shellacking of the Kansas Jayhawks, that question was answered and answered with vigor.
The Chips (2-0) would put up an offensive explosion completely counter to what was on display last week. In fact, they looked like a completely different team. Led by Shane Morris, who struggled at times last week to look in synch and on point, the Chips looked dominant, sharp, and precise.
