AKRON, Ohio (AP) Antino Jackson scored 20 points and Akron used two big runs in the second half to pull away from Buffalo, 80-70 on Tuesday night.

The Zips (21-5, 10-3 Mid-American Conference) bounced back after a one-point loss to Northern Illinois on Saturday that had snapped a seven-game winning streak.
