2018 MAC Men's Basketball Tournament Semifinals CLEVELAND, OH – No. 1 seed Buffalo advanced to the MAC Championship with a 78-61 win over vs. No. 5 seed Kent State in the Mid-American Conference Tournament Semifinals at Quicken Loans Arena on Friday night. Buffalo was paced by junior guard Jeremy Harris with 22 points, while CJ Massinburg added 14 points and Nick Perkins had 12 points.
