It’s not a secret that when Mid-American Conference teams travel outside of the conference for road games, it’s usually not a pleasant experience. More often than not, the MACtion seems to stop away from our home campuses. But the truly special teams go on the road and pull an upset trick from their hat to make people stand up and take notice.
The Toledo Rockets have that opportunity tonight as they venture west to take on the Nevada Wolf Pack. For the Rockets it’s a chance to get a new set of eyes on them that normally wouldn’t be watching, along with a quality win.
