Strong Shooting Lifts Ball State Past NC A&T

SAVANNAH, Ga. - In a game where the Ball State women's basketball team raced out to a 39-21 halftime lead, the Cardinals put four players in double figures to earn a 76-57 victory over North Carolina A&T Wednesday afternoon in Ball State's second game of the Savannah Invitational.

With the win, Ball State improved to 3-1 on the season while NC A&T fell to 1-4.

The Cardinals hot shooting hand returned after last night's game against Auburn. Ball State shot 53.
