Senior swimmer Matt Ciezczak came away with a career-best three victories in SIU’s 122-78 conference defeat over Evansville. Ciezczak took first in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.70 for his first-ever individual win and also swam on SIU’s winning 200-yard medley relay (1:32.69) and 200-yard freestyle relay (1:25.05).
