Recap: Ohio State Dominates Miami at Recess 76-5

Despite a strong start in the first quarter, the wheels came off for the Miami RedHawks as the #6 Ohio State Buckeyes rolled in a 76-5 rout. The second quarter was particularly devastating for the ‘Hawks as they only garnered -7 yards of offense, while the Buckeyes had 252 total yards in the period. Miami hopes to get back on the horse next week as it hosts Buffalo to open MAC play.

Miami couldn’t have asked for a better start in the first quarter as it opened the scoring with a Myles Reid strip-sack of Justin Fields in the end zone to give the RedHawks a safety.
