Kent State sophomore Clara Rodriguez Setó was part of a consistent back row in both games and provided a spark of offense in the Golden Flashes opening weekend of the season. Setó was an instrumental part of a Kent State defense that only allowed one goal in Friday's contest against Old Dominion. With the aid of Setó's play, the Monarch's were held to just four shots on goal and scored the match's only tally on a penalty stroke.
