ATHENS, Ohio—After an impressive display of offense, the Ohio field hockey team (4-4, 2-0) defeated the Central Michigan (1-11, 0-2) 3-1.
The Bobcats pulled ahead early with sophomore midfielder Jillian Shive (Lebanon, Ohio) scoring in the eighth minute of the game with an assist from Tayla Hansen(Levin, New Zealand).
