MANHATTAN, Kan. – Northern Illinois University director of track & field and cross country Connie Teaberry will be inducted into the Kansas State Athletics Hall of Fame this weekend as one of 10 members of the Wildcats' 2016 induction class.
Official induction ceremonies will take place on Friday, Jan. 29, before the distinguished individuals are recognized at halftime of the K-State men's basketball game against Ole Miss on Saturday afternoon at Bramlage Coliseum.
"I think when you're recognized for an award like this, it's a validation that those before you and those after you kind of acknowledge the hard work that you put in," said Teaberry.
