It’s a tale as old as sports. The scrappy, defensive minded team from a small school went against a giant offensive power. After getting down early, the Bobcats were able to battle back, before finally losing to the Kentucky Wildcats, 6-4.
The road doesn’t get any easier for the Bobcats, as they play the Indiana Hoosiers this afternoon. The Hoosiers have become a bit of a baseball power of late, making the NCAA tournament 4 out of the last 5 years. The Hoosiers finished 2 games out of first place in a quality Big Ten this season, and were able to drop then number 2 Louisville in May.
