Since being inputted into Tigers' starting lineup on Jan. 8, O'Toole has continued to skyrocket up the 165-pound individual rankings. Entered last Saturday's (Jan. 23) Mizzou Tri-Dual ranked as high as No. 12 in the country. In a pair of MAC contests against Ohio and Northern Illinois, O'Toole went 2-0, highlighted by a 5-1 decision over No. 18 Izzak Olejnik (Northern Illinois). Opened last Saturday with a fall over Sean O'Dwyer (Ohio), marking his third pin of the young 2021 campaign and sixth victory resulting in bonus points.
