Miami Wins 25th Reese Trophy

Cleveland, Ohio – For a Mid-American Conference record 25th time, Miami University has captured the Reese Trophy as the top men’s athletic program during the 2020-21 academic year. The RedHawks have seized back-to-back honors as the top men’s athletic program, marking the first time Miami has won consecutive Reese Trophies since 2004-05 when it won three straight.

Miami competes in seven men’s sports and won two Mid-American Conference Championships during the 2020-21 academic year. The RedHawks programs won the Conference title in men’s track and field for the first time in 1993 and captured the men’s swimming and diving championship for the first time since 2019 with 932 team points and the program’s ninth overall MAC championship.
