CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced Wednesday the 2020 MAC Softball preseason poll and predicted MAC Tournament Champion as voted on by the head coaches of the 11 MAC institutions.
The Miami RedHawks were selected to finish the 2020 season on top of the MAC as Head Coach Clarisa Crowell and her team come off of a 2019 season that saw them win their first-ever MAC regular-season championship. Miami finished last year with a 35-16 overall record, and went 16-4 in MAC Play. Miami returns 15 athletes to their squad this season, including seven position starters, and five all-conference selections!
