MAC East Player of the Week:
Michaela Schlattman / Miami / Shortstop
Fr. / Plainfield, Ill. / Plainfield
Schlattman led an offensively explosion by Miami last week that saw the RedHawks score 34 runs in five games. Schlattman herself drove in eight of those runs and scored six, finishing with a .467 batting average on the week. After drawing six walks, she had an incredible on base percentage of .619. Schlattman had three doubles and two home runs, giving her a slugging percentage of 1.067.

Schlattman went 2-for-3 with three RBIs and two runs scored in Miami's 4-2 win over Wright State on Tuesday.
