The Eastern Michigan Eagles lost for the first time this season and the Toledo Rockets dropped a game Cornell. After Bowling Green and Ohio knocked off smaller schools, the stage was set for Kent to knock off Valpo. Sadly, it didn’t happen, but it was a heck of a game.
The Rockets have played 2 road games this season and dropped them both. Against Cornell they were cold for most of the game but made a nice comeback at the end. They fell just short.
The Rockets heated up in the last 3 minutes, as Nate Navigato hit a couple threes and Jaelan Sanford added one, but the Rockets couldn’t close the gap all the way.
