Lurken put together another big game in one of the biggest wins of the season for the Flashes as she scored 31 to lead Kent State to a 83-77 overtime victory over Ohio on Saturday. When the Bobcats initially took a 2-point lead to start overtime, Lurken hit a layup and then later connected on four-straight free throws to switch the score and put Kent State up by six with less than a minute to play. She would be a perfect 6-for-6 at the line in overtime and most importantly, took a charge, while having four fouls on her, in the final minute to secure the victory.
