Hamilton led Buffalo to pair of wins over two of the top teams in the MAC West as Hamilton averaged 26.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 8.0 assists per game in victories over Central Michigan and Ball State. In the win over Central Michigan, Hamilton just missed a triple double as he had a game-high 27 points, while adding 11 rebounds and eight assists. He helped the Bulls to 101 points, their highest total in regulation against a MAC team since joining the league.
