CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced Monday the predictions for the 2015-16 Indoor Track and Field season. Based on a coaches' poll Akron and Eastern Michigan have been selected to repeat as MAC Men's and Women's Champions, respectively.
Leading the way for the Zips are five First Team All-MAC members in Miles Baldwin (sprints), Brent Gray (sprints), Clayton Murphy (distance), Michael Ohiembor (jumps), and Sean Weems (sprints). UA has won four MAC titles in the past five years.
Eastern Michigan was selected to finish second at the championship, with Kent State completing the top-3.
