MAC Baseball East Division Player of the Week
Conner Simonetti, Kent State

Simonetti was one of two starters to hit .500 this weekend as the Flashes swept Buffalo to stay atop the conference standings. In Friday's extra-innings win, he was 2-for-4 , including a RBI single in the 8th to tie the game at 4 and send it to extras. He also went 2-for-4 on Saturday with a RBI and run scored. Simonetti's solo shot on a 0-2 pitch in the first gave Kent State the lead to help the starting pitcher the lead en route to a complete game shutout.
