CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced Thursday the 2017 Women’s Basketball Academic All-MAC Team. A total of 52 student-athletes were named to the team from this past season.
Bowling Green, Miami, Northern Illinois and Toledo all placed six student-athletes on the 2016-17 team, while Central Michigan and Kent State followed close behind with five honorees.
Rachel Myers and Abby Siefker of Bowling Green, Jordan Korinek of Kent State (Second Team All-MAC), Mikayla Voigt of Northern Illinois, Jay-Ann Bravo-Harriot (Third Team All-MAC) and Michaela Rasmussen of Toledo each finished the 2016-17 season with perfect 4.
