STILLWATER, Okla.- The No. 16 Kent State women's golf maintained its top-10 ten position on the third day of medal play at the NCAA Championships, finishing eighth to close out the weekend and qualifying as one of 15 teams for Monday's final round.

Kent State shot a team score of 8-over par 296, placing the Flashes in eighth overall heading into Monday's final round, in which eight teams will qualify for the start of match play on Tuesday.

Anchoring the Flashes today was Karoline Stormo who was the only member of the squad to shoot under-par in the third round, shot a 1-under 71.
