LOUISVILLE, Ky.- Despite a late fourth quarter surge, the Golden Flashes could not complete the rally from a 4-0 deficit, falling to Louisville, 4-2 on Wednesday afternoon in the Bluegrass State.
Kent State (1-2) got on the board in the fourth with an unassisted goal from Clara Rodriguez Seto in the 48th minute off a rebound from the goalkeeper. The Flashes cut the Cards' lead in half with a goal from Laila Richter in the 49th minute.
