Ines Delpech (Tandil, Argentina) earned All-Tournament Team honors after helping Kent State become the first team to go undefeated during the conference season and capture the MAC Field Hockey Championship title for the first time since 2000. Delpech broke a scoreless tie in Saturday’s tournament final with a goal off a penalty corner with just under 30 minutes on the clock to provide a huge momentum swing for the Golden Flashes as the tournament hosts went on to win by a score of 4-0.
