It was certainly a less than ideal week one for the Northern Illinois Huskies, going on the road and losing in overtime to Wyoming. The fanbase responded in kind, between comments here at the Belt and parody Twitter, and then #FireRodCarey became a thing. Granted, it’s a vocal minority, but a loss on Saturday to South Florida and all of a sudden the tide becomes much more unmanageable.
