Heber Sets Shutout Record as WMU Downs Wright State, 1-0, Double-OT

DAYTON, Ohio – Sophomore Grace Labadie uncorked a rocket of a free kick into the net with just 57 seconds remaining in double overtime to lift the Western Michigan women's soccer team to a 1-0 road win at Wright State on Thursday night.

The goal was the first for Labadie since transferring from Indiana. Senior goalkeeper Stephanie Heber broke the program record for career shutouts with her 27th after making five saves on the night. The Broncos outshot the Raiders 18-10 on the night and on corner kicks 5-1. WMU landed eight of its shots on goal.
