NORMAN, Okla. - SIUE wrestling improved to 5-1 Sunday with a pair of victories at the Norman Duals.
SIUE downed Duke 36-7 and Tarleton State 43-6. The Cougars dropped their first dual of the season 23-13 to No. 15 Oklahoma.
Brock Woodcock recorded three victories at 165 pounds, including a pair of technical falls against Duke's Aurelius Dunbar and Tarleton State's Finn Shepard. The Cougars also picked up two wins each from Marcel Lopez, Caleb Tyus, Hayden Whidden, Amare Overton, Nick Nosler and Bryson Buhk.
