After entering halftime with a 16-10 lead, Toledo yielded 28 consecutive points to the Miami (FL) Hurricanes. The 52-30 loss would be the first of the year for Jason Candle and the Rockets.
Here are five takeaways from Saturday afternoon at Hard Rock Stadium:
Senior quarterback Logan Woodside starred in Toledo's 54-51 victory over Tulsa at the Glass Bowl in Week 3 with 458 yards and three touchdowns. His numbers slightly decreased against a tougher Miami team, but Woodside still finished with 342 passing yards and three touchdowns, complemented with zero interceptions.
Woodside was the primary factor that kept Toledo in the game during the first half.
