YPSILANTI, Mich. - Sunday was a record-setting day for the Eastern Michigan University Volleyball team, finishing off the Michigan Invitational with a 3-1 victory over Harvard University inside the Convocation Center.
Junior Cassie Haut (Monroe, Mich.- St. Mary Catholic Central) marked 23 kills on the afternoon, tied for third-most in four sets for Eastern Volleyball (in the modern statistical era, 2008-present). The 23 kills also ties Haut's personal best, previously set Nov. 9, 2017 in a five-set win at Central Michigan.
