A tweet by ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg said that Eastern Michigan Eagles football head coach Chris Creighton was rumored to be a candidate for the head coaching position with the Temple Owls. While I don’t pay much attention to coaching rumors, I kind of figured that it was not much longer before these rumors would start about Chris Creighton.
His first two seasons at Eastern Michigan were pretty rocky by going 2 and 10 in the 2014 season and 1 and 11 in the following season. In 2016, he would finish the regular season 7 and 5 but would lose in the Bahamas Bowl.
