When I last left the Eagles they had dropped a bomb in New Jersey and I thought that they would have a chance to redeem themselves against the visiting Detroit Mercy Titans. Well they came close but couldn’t close the gap against the Titans’ 50% shooting from three point land.

The leading scorer for the Eagles was James Thompson with 24 points. He also got 14 rebounds to get his second double-double of the year. Also of note was Boubacar Toure with a 12 points and 14 rebounds and his first double-double (I think).
