After drafting Kavon Frazier and Darius Jackson in the sixth round, the former Toledo Rocket safety has reportedly signed with the Dallas Cowboys.

Toledo's Rolan Milligan tells me he's signed as a free agent with the Dallas Cowboys.

MIlligan played some JUCO ball out in California before having the second-most tackles on the UAB roster in 2014 (54) with six pass breakups. Of course, that program shut down, and continued to be a hard-hitting safety on the Rocket defense. The 5-foot-11 safety had 48 tackles as a senior, four for loss.
