Corey Davis is WMU’s first Consensus All-American

For the first time ever, Western Michigan has a Consensus All-American.

Corey Davis, the senior wide-out who has set numerous program, conference, and FBS records this season, garnered first-team honors from three of the five NCAA recognized All-American team lists to officially become a Consensus All-American. He is the first WMU player since Jordan White to even earn a single first-team honor, and the first Consensus All-American from the MAC since Eric Page received the honor as a return specialist in 2010.

Joining Davis in All-American honors this year is Dede Westbrook, who earned the title of Unanimous All-American by being named to all five lists as a first-teamer.
