For the Central Michigan Chippewas, Tuesday night’s Mid-American Conference showdown with the Kent State Golden Flashes is about way more than the Chips continuing to be an offensive power and potentially winning their 4th straight contest after a somewhat rocky start to their 2017. Rather, it’s an opportunity for the Chips to secure their 7th win of 2017 and position themselves better in the pecking order for MAC bowl berths. Oh, and it’s also step one in the “Win the MAC West” plan that the Chips are still alive for.
