CLEVELAND Ohio, - Western Michigan senior midfielder Brandon Bye and Akron forward Sam Gainford have been named to the TopDrawerSoccer National Team of the Week.
Bye scored in the 96th minute as the No. 8 ranked Western Michigan men's soccer team defeated No. 15 West Virginia 1-0 in overtime Friday on the road. Bye also found the back of the net twice earlier in the week against Green Bay.
Bye has had an extremely productive this season and has received several national and conference awards.
