Central Michigan's Kyra Bussell, Basketball - Forward (Junior, 3.98, Exercise Science)
Junior forward Kyra Bussell has a huge week as the Central Michigan women’s basketball team posted two MAC wins over two of the top teams in the MAC East. Bussell combined for 48 points and 26 rebounds as the Chippewas won at Buffalo, 98-93, and defeated Ohio, 92-90, at home. The wins lifted CMU to 16-4, 9-0 MAC and pushed the Chippewas’ RPI to 17, which is best among MAC school and third-best among all mid-majors.
