GREEN BAY, Wis. – The Bowling Green volleyball program (17-12, 13-3 MAC) was able to battle back from a two-set deficit in the First Round of the National Invitational Volleyball Championship against Green Bay (16-15, 9-7 Horizon) on Thursday evening, although the Phoenix were able to claim a 3-2 (21-25, 30-32, 25-18, 25-16, 14-16) win in extra points to advance in the postseason tournament.
