BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Achille Robin's penalty-kick goal in overtime lifted the Bowling Green State University men's soccer team to a 2-1 win over Northern Illinois University on Sunday afternoon (April 18) at Cochrane Stadium. With the win, the Falcons clinched the Mid-American Conference championship and the MAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Championships.
Chris Sullivan, a native of Naperville, Ill., scored the Falcons' first goal in the 20th minute, but the Huskies equalized early in the second half as Irvin Dominguez scored less than two minutes after the break.
