MAC Women's Swimmer of the Week Buffalo Sophomore Brittney Beetcher continued her dominance in the pool she started the campaign with, collecting two individual victories on the day in the 1000-yard freestyle and 500-yard freestyle events in the first meet of the 2019 year. Beetcher clocked in an impressive time of 10:16.03 in the 1000-yard freestyle event, claiming first place and finishing an entire 13 seconds ahead of the second placed swimmer from Liberty. She collected the win in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:01.
